#MOMSHAKE

Every single time I even think the word "milkshake" I am instantly singing "my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard"....hahah anyone else with me?


Regardless; I have a HORRIBLE sweet tooth. I struggle daily with these little sugar craving talking to me through my ears, stomach and heart. You can love sugar right? My mind might think so but my gut has something else to say.


I know I am not the only one suffering from this sugar addiction so I wanted to share my recent go to #momshake that kicks those evil cravings to the curb and promotes health gut health


Ingredients:

1 can of Organic Coconut Milk (the fattier the better)- you want to see a clear separation between the liquid in the can and the fatty coconut this is how you will know its quality!

1 scoop of Bone Broth Protein (I choose chocolate flavored)

1 scoop of Greens which contains your daily dose of fruits/vegetables (I choose chocolate again if I am really fighting the sugar or espresso flavored)


Directions:

I keep the coconut milk in the fridge so I do not have to water it down with ice cubes. So this is really hard to make...take the can and dump the contents into a blender, then the two scoops of powder. Put the lid on the blender and blend. THAT'S IT! You can play with the blend "type" and length- I like mine chunky so it's not in there long!


An easy #momshake made in minutes that will help your gut, fill you up and make you forget about that fake crappy sugar! Don't be fooled by this though; our fellas should and will enjoy this too ;)
